CHATA Purified Water

CHATA Biosystems is pleased to offer proprietary closed system packaging for the storage and delivery of USP Purified Water in 50L, 100L, and 200L drums.  (Water quality testing meets or exceeds both USP Purified and ASTM Type 1-A criteria).  The system consists of three separate parts: an internal CHEM+NECT^® bag, tubing and valving system for product delivery, and a cGMP controlled filling process for the solution.  Proprietary packaging technology utilizes a multilayered, sterilizable bag (sterilized via gamma and e-beam irradiation) that meets USP Physicochemical and Biological Class VI requirements.  The bag material is chemically inert, has extremely low levels of extractables and a low moisture-vapor transmission rate, and does not contain chlorine or DEHP plasticizers.  The valve, connecting system, and dispensing tubing (sold separately), comprises state-of-the-art connectors that are compatible with water and most buffers, as well as most standard organic solvents.
